Who Qualifies?
Our apartments are available to low- and very-low-income households as defined by USDA Rural Development guidelines. Eligibility is based on household income, size, and other factors.
Income Limits
Households must meet USDA income limits for Leflore County, MS. Limits vary by household size.
Citizenship / Eligible Non-Citizen
At least one household member must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
Background Screening
All adult applicants are subject to a background check as part of the application process.
Credit History
Rental history and credit are reviewed; prior evictions from federally assisted housing may affect eligibility.
Rent & Assistance
Rent is based on your household's adjusted gross income.
Rental assistance availability is subject to funding. Our staff will work with you to determine your eligibility and help you understand your options.
